Checking in was quick. The staff was very cute with thai hospitality. My room was spacious and clean, the bed and pillows were fluffy for very restful nights. Breakfast offered many options (i especially loved the fresh juices!).

My room was a bit noisy. I heard sounds from the restaurant. The air conditioning was quite loud even on the low setting. The view from my room faced a parking lot, which wasn't very scenic.

i stayed six nights with my family and we enjoyed everything. the staff was amazing and the facilities were great. my children loved the chocolate hour and the afternoon tea. i extend special thanks to tai, amran and ton for their wonderful service, especially with my kids. mr tong and others in the breakfast area offered very professional service. sky was so good with kindness to all guests.

the gym equipment showed some wear, a minor distraction from an otherwise great experience.

The breakfast had healthy choices. I liked the frozen Greek yogurt a lot. Crunchy granola and nuts were available. Staff were very polite. Peach and amaan from the concierge team found a taxi quickly. The swimming pool receives sunlight. It is better than some other hotels. The mattress was soft, i slept good.

The shower towels felt worn. The shower area had some black mold stains. There was dirt on the knobs. I think daily housekeeping should solve it.
